At Thera Motion, your satisfaction matters to us. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if:
The item was received damaged or defective
The wrong item was received
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival:
Personal therapy and recovery devices
Compression garments and braces
Massage and body-contact products
Heat therapy products
Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable.
3. How to Request a Return

with:
Your order number
The email address used at checkout
A brief explanation of the issue
Photos or videos (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
Our support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with next steps.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product and place a new order.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:
